Chef Pete Fjonse crafted a pairing menu highlighting seasonal ingredients that complement the flavor profiles within the bier selections.
Bar Manager Ryan Minch has assembled a selection of accessible as well as extremely rare Belgian biers and will be on hand during dinner to discuss each selection.
